GIVING SMILE TO ONE'S LIFE IS A MERIT

It was our 4th day of  community  medicine appointment. We had to visit IDH base hospital at Angoda.I was bit afraid with name" infectious disease"..But now I'm very glad about having such a  experience...However we reached there around 8 a.m.Architecture of hospital buildings took me british administration time..After walking  along a long corridor we entered a room  that was allocated for us.
Nice lady who is a matron of IDH welcame us warmly..According to her ,it's located in Colombo  because people from abroad first landed there. Also it  is situated in 42fts above from sea level, it helps to  minimize spreading of infections.IDH was started at the time of small pox epidemic in Srilanka. At  that time many people died due to disease, bodies were loaded infront of motuary & ants bite them..So IDH is famous as "kumbikale hospital".Matron 's experience  about facing Swine flue (H1N1) epidemic was highly appreciated.Fear, smile, generosity all were include her expressions...
consultant  sir showed & explained us about inner aspects of lives of HIV patients with his experiences..All those experiences taught us what can we do to save & make happy one's life.
With all these memories now they are waiting for the Ebola virus from Uganda????
